ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now looking for a skilled
Vehicle Prepper / Paint Sprayer
to join our busy Preparation Team at our Willenhall preparation centre, delivering high-quality finishes to meet customer expectations.Key responsibilities include:
Prepare vehicles and panels for painting, including masking and priming
Spray vehicles and panels with accurate colour matching
Finish and polish vehicles to a high standard
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Work effectively as part of the preparation team
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of vehicle spray painting and preparation techniques
Ability to achieve high-quality finishes with accurate colour matching
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good timekeeping and organisational skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and reliable
Full UK driving licence
