Job Description

Rivermead Recovery require a Part time/Full time recovery controller, this post is re advertised as further staff required. Along with technical difficulties in last post

This role included but is not limited to:

Liaising with other recovery companies/customers and our team of drivers and road side technicians. Experience with apex and excel systems would be an advantage however this is not essential as full training will be provided. The right candidate will need an excellent telephone manner. Previous experience in the motor trade would be an advantage, but not essential. Be able to work alone and as part of a team.
The hours for this job are:

Either 9am-5pm, 3pm-11pm, 5pm-11pm

This role includes working weekends on a Rota system.(normally 1in 3) Please note that you will be required to work some Bank Holidays (on a rota system)

Possible night shift available 11pm-6am

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
