About the Role

You'll be behind the wheel of a fully equipped recovery vehicle, helping drivers who've had a rough day--whether it's a breakdown on the A3, a flat battery in the pouring rain, or an unfortunate encounter with a rogue bollard. Your job?

o Recover vehicles and passengers to safety after breakdowns or accidents.

o Brave literally all weather--sun, sleet, sideways rain--and keep your cool at the roadside.

o Work all kinds of hours (because cars don't just break down 9 to 5).

o Keep customers calm and cared for--many will be stressed, cold, or just really embarrassed.

o Deliver friendly, professional help no matter what time it is--or what the clouds are doing.

We'll also support you to learn basic roadside repairs and build your skills on the job. More training = more value = more money. Not bad, right?

o Roadside Assistance for cars and commercial vehicles

o Recovery to anywhere in the UK (yes, even that one lay-by in the middle of nowhere)

We operate from several locations to get to our customers fast--and keep things professional, calm, and moving.

Salary and Perks

You bring the licence, we bring the pay:

o B+E (up to 3.5t with trailer): 32,000 p.a

o C1 (up to 7.5t): 34,000 p.a

o C (rigid above 7.5t): 36,000 p.a

o C+E (artic): 38,000 p.a

o Total earnings: 32,000-45,000+ with bonuses

The Shifts

This isn't your standard 9-5 gig. Shifts rotate across:

o Early: 07:00-19:00

o Middle: 10:00-22:00

o Late: 14:00-02:00

You'll work 5 days on, then 2 days off, with shift times rotating each week. Unsocial hours? Absolutely. But someone's got to save the day at 1 a.m. in a storm--why not you?
