Vehicle Recovery Driver - New Doncaster Depot (Expansion Role)

Hours: Rota-based, including some evenings, nights and weekends

Following the recent opening of our new depot in Grimsby, BDV Recovery is continuing to grow with the launch of a brand-new recovery depot in Doncaster.

To support this expansion, we're recruiting committed, reliable Vehicle Recovery Drivers to join our Doncaster team and help us deliver first-class roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services across Doncaster and the surrounding South Yorkshire areas.

Experience in recovery is preferred, but full training will be given to the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Recover broken-down or damaged cars and light commercial vehicles Provide excellent customer service at breakdown scenes, often in challenging conditions Ensure all vehicles are recovered safely and efficiently, following company and legal standards Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately and promptly Carry out basic roadside assistance where safe and appropriate to do so Represent BDV Recovery professionally at all times on the road and with customers

Requirements

Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2) entitlement Experience vehicle recovery is desirable (full training available) Good local knowledge of Doncaster and surrounding South Yorkshire areas Physically fit, punctual and professional Able to work independently, use your initiative and remain calm under pressure Willing to work shifts, including some evenings, nights and weekends on a rota basis Must be able to pass vetting and DBS checks
