Tarka Van Hire is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Rental Executive to join our team in Bideford!

About the Role:

As a Vehicle Rental Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone Processing rentals and managing customer accounts Cleaning and delivering vehicles Managing the fleet and ensuring vehicles are well-maintained Travel to other branches for the day
Qualifications:

Previous vehicle rental experience preferred but not essential Full UK and clean driving license, held for a minimum of 2 years An understanding of computer software, including Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be required to work weekends and evenings on a rotational basis.
