Vehicle Rental Assistant
Job Description

The Role
Assist customers with rentals to ensure a smooth, professional experience
Manage bookings, agreements and customer enquiries
Carry out vehicle handovers and damage inspections
Support the sales team with inventory management and paperwork
Oversee parking and penalty charge notice administration
Resolve issues quickly while delivering outstanding service
What We're Looking For
Proactive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
Excellent communication and customer-service instincts
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
Interest in vehicles/automotive sector (experience is a plus)
Full UK driving licence
