What we're looking for
We are seeking a customer orientated individual to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you will provide a professional and friendly service for our customers, utilising communication channels such as telephone, email and live chat. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of handling various tasks related to vehicle rental activities.
Working pattern:
37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) on a rotating shift basis:
8:00am - 4:30pm
8:30am - 5:00pm
9:00am - 6:00pm
Location:
Office-based 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely 2 days per week.
What you'll be working on:
Owning day-to-day administrative support tasks, including accurate record maintenance
Managing and establishing a positive working relationships with customers and suppliers
Reviewing current hires and effectively communicating findings to clients and suppliers regarding extensions and terminations
Promptly and competently managing external and internal queries through telephone and email
Checking vehicle hire reservations by making outbound calls to confirm reservation requests with suppliers
Ensuring incoming calls are promptly answered in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
Processing change, extension, and cancellation requests in a timely manner
Providing excellent and high-quality customer service and ongoing support to both suppliers and customers
Assisting in the generation of daily reports as required
Ensuring achievement of agreed Service Level Agreements

You have experience working in a contact centre environment.
You have excellent organisational skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook)
