An opportunity has arisen within our company for a Vehicle Rental Sales advisor at our Milton Keynes branch. Long Marsh is the largest independent rental company in the area, with branches in Wellingborough, Corby, Bedford, and Milton Keynes. We pride ourselves in providing the suppling the latest vehicle types to keep in front of our competitors.

As part of our long-term growth plans, we are looking for a first-class Rental Sales Advisor who has the skills and attitude to develop within our organisation. Your key task will be initially to convert enquires into rental sales, advising the customers of the best deals and vehicles for their needs from our extensive fleet. You will also be required to help develop and build professional relationships with our clients and help build on our reputation of second to none customer service within our local area.

You will also be trained in fleet planning and control including vehicle maintenance. Organising vehicle deliveries, collections, and cleaning. Also, if you have the aptitude and desire, we will develop your skills, so you are able to run your own branch.

So, if you place customer service as a priority and you are honest, have common sense, show initiative in your tasks, and enjoy helping and supporting your team around you, this could be the job for you. The role will consist of office and out of office support, as we need to support delivery drivers from time to time; so, a clean driving licence is essential.

You will be trained in all aspects of running a branch so you will be able to grow within our organisation. We require someone who is looking for a career and not just a job.

Your initial salary will be based upon your current customer service skills and experience. In addition to your salary, there is a quarterly performance bonus scheme, pension scheme and a company vehicle.
