Job Title: Vehicle Sales Progressor

Salary:

27,000 per annum

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Sales Manager / Site Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Vehicle Sales Progressor

to join our team. This vital position plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of our vehicle preparation and handover process. You will act as the link between sales, preparation, logistics, and customer handovers--ensuring every vehicle is ready, presentable, and prepared to meet our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Valet Coordination:

Chase and confirm the completion of vehicle valets to ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready on time.

Vehicle Arrival Management:

Monitor and confirm vehicles arriving on site, and check them thoroughly as they come off the transporter.

Pre-Appointment Checks:

Inspect vehicles before customer appointments and handovers to ensure cleanliness, condition, and readiness.

Pitch Presentation Support:

Assist with pitch layout, updating price boards, conducting pitch starts, and carrying out regular condition checks.

Vehicle Movements:

Support the site with vehicle movements as needed, including on and offsite requirements.

Transporter & Logistics Assistance:

Help with the unloading and loading of transporters, including BCA trucks and Arval check-ins, ensuring all processes are followed.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines A proactive, can-do attitude with a team-focused mindset A full UK driving licence is essential Previous experience in the motor trade or logistics is desirable but not essential
