Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics - Drive Motor Retail (Darlington)

We are expanding! Due to taking on new franchises at our Darlington branch, we are looking to strengthen and refine our aftersales team.

Package Details:

Competitive Basic Salary + Bonuses: Up to 36,000 (based on experience and qualifications) with an average OTE of 42,000 which is an uncapped bonus. Hours of work: 08:00 to 17:00 or 08:30-17:30 - NO WEEKENDS (OT available at 1.5x Rate on Saturdays) Sign-On Bonus: 500 upon joining and an additional 500 after a successful probation period Overtime Available: Maximise your earnings with additional hours Referral Scheme: Earn up to 1,000 for each additional technician you refer to our business

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, following manufacturer specifications Provide detailed reports on vehicle condition and recommended work Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements:

Level 3 NVQ in automotive maintenance and repair (or equivalent) Experience in a dealership or service centre environment Valid Driver's License
Preferred (But Not Essential):

Apprentice Trained Experience with diagnostic software and tools Valid MOT Tester License

Pay: Up to 42,000.00 per year
