We're seeking an experienced, motivated technician to become a key part of our specialist workshop. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you'll be working on some of the most prestigious sports cars in the world - no main dealership politics, just real automotive engineering.

Day-to-Day Duties

Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of high-performance sports cars Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete associated documentation Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and implement effective solutions Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Liaise with service advisors to communicate technical information clearly Road test vehicles to verify fault resolution and ensure performance standards Assist with workshop organisation and the training of junior staff when required

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, with a strong focus on attention to detail Uphold workshop health and safety standards at all times Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining strong communication and professionalism Stay up to date with the latest diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and manufacturer updates Support the team in achieving monthly performance and quality targets Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment Represent the brand and workshop values with pride and integrity
