Your role at a glance

• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards

• Conduct thorough inspections to assess wear, damage, or required replacements

• Provide expert technical advice to customers with professionalism and clarity

• Maintain outstanding customer service standards to build trust and loyalty

• Work collaboratively with service reception and workshop teams to ensure a smooth workflow

• Support and guide fellow technicians, fostering a positive team environment

What we're looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)

• Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards and guidelines

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining attention to detail

• A team player with strong collaboration skills

• A valid MOT licence is a plus but not essential

• A full UK driving licence is required
