Auto Assist Group is expanding its dealer-level workshop in Rochester, and we want you to join our team as a JLR Specialist Technician.

The Role

Service, maintain, and repair Jaguar, Land Rover, and other premium vehicles to manufacturer standards. Diagnose complex faults (mechanical and electronic) using dealer-grade tools. Liaise with Service Advisors to explain faults, timelines and solutions clearly. Keep your bay clean, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety practices. Accurately complete job cards, technical reports and parts requests using our DMS.
What We're Looking For

IMI / NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair At least 5 years' recent experience in Automotoive Industry Experience working on Jaguar Land Rover vehicles is highly desirable We also welcome technicians with similar experience in other premium or main dealer brands (e.g. BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Volvo) Strong diagnostic capability and confidence using dealer tools Reliable, professional, and passionate about high-quality workmanship
What We Offer

Basic Salary: 36,000 - 44,000 (depending on level/experience) Uncapped Productivity Bonus - OTE 45,000 - 55,000+
