Job Title: Vending Business Partner - Sales & Front of House

Location: Glaisdale, Nottingham (Head Office Based)

Salary: 30,000 basic + Performance Bonus (based on turnover)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly confident, energetic and entrepreneurial individual to join us in launching and scaling an exciting new vending machine business called My Vending. This is a hands-on, front-line opportunity for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys meeting people, and is ready to help build a business from the ground up. The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Nottingham, where they will be the first point of contact on our main reception as well as the front of house face of the new vending brand. You'll be instrumental in driving growth, managing operations, and developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Proactively approach businesses face-to-face and over the phone to pitch and place vending machines. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and partnerships. Attend meetings and networking events to promote the vending business. Front of House & Office Duties Act as the first point of contact at the head office reception, representing the business professionally. Provide a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.

Operations & Stock

Responsible for filling and maintaining vending machines across locations. Monitor product sales, stock levels, and machine performance. Coordinate re-stocking and respond quickly to issues with machines.

Growth Target

Work towards a goal of scaling the vending network to 100 machines within 24 months.

Who We're Looking For:

Highly confident and outgoing, with natural sales ability. Excellent communication skills - both face-to-face and on the phone. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Comfortable with physical work (loading machines, restocking, etc.). Organised, reliable, and target-driven. Full UK driving licence preferred.
