Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills in a hands-on environment. The Apprentice will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable knowledge in various technical areas, including manufacturing, and installation operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation for a successful career.
Duties
Shadowing Mentors both on site and within the factory environment to develop all round manufacturing and installation skills. Participate in welding tasks as required, developing skills in metal fabrication. Support maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Attending College on day release to achieve NVQ 2 & 3 Demonstrate daily, good time keeping/work ethic and attitude
Essential Criteria
Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively collaborate with the team. Maths, English and ICT GCSE (A-C)
An ability to work independently and as part of a team Open to travel through UK & Ireland whilst working on sites
Desired Criteria
Full clean driving licence Have a current CSR Card

Pay: 14,722.50-19,500.00 per year
