We are looking for a Venue Finder/Event Co-ordinator to join Bien Venue's growing Operations team. This role focuses on sourcing and proposing venues for client meetings and events, ensuring every option is creative, competitive, and aligned with Bien Venue standards.
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday between the office hours of 0830 - 1700, three days based in our office based in Cheshire.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Source suitable venues across the UK and internationally, providing "wildcard" options where relevant.
Negotiate rates and terms with venues to maximise value for clients and agency.
Prepare and present high-quality proposals to clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and Bien Venue branding.
Maintain up-to-date venue knowledge through site visits, industry events, and regular research.
Work to, and exceed service level agreements and KPIs to deliver responsive turnaround times.
Maintain accurate client and enquiry data in CRM systems.
Support on event management tasks for allocated client projects, including logistics coordination, supplier liaison, and on-site support where required.
Support colleagues and share venue intelligence across the team.
Build relationships with venues and clients managing queries and providing expert advice on venue options.
Support on client meetings where required
We're looking for:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proactive and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
Previous hospitality, venue, or events experience preferred but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team with attention to detail.
