Venue Manager
, you'll be leading and supporting the team, overseeing the cafe and sauna, and ensuring every guest experience reflects what The Lions' Den is all about -- warmth, wellbeing, and great vibes.
We're looking for a
hands-on Duty Manager
to help bring the site to life. Working closely with our Operations Team, you'll lead the team day-to-day, keep things running smoothly, and make sure every guest feels the Lions' Den welcome from the moment they walk in.
What You'll Do
Lead daily cafe and sauna operations, supporting the team to deliver relaxed, high-quality service.
Be a calm and confident presence on shift -- from opening to close, you'll set the tone.
Support the team with everything from great coffee and customer care to stock checks and cleanliness.
Keep an eye on the details -- cashing up, maintaining standards, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Handle guest queries or issues with warmth and professionalism.
Work closely with the Operations Team to implement new ideas, events, and improvements.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a supervisory or shift-lead role within hospitality or wellness.
A team player who enjoys leading from the front and isn't afraid to muck in.
Strong organisational skills and a calm, positive approach to busy moments.
Someone who genuinely enjoys creating a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest.
A good head for detail -- whether that's service standards, stock rotation, or the perfect espresso.
