ASAPWe're looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on leader to join our growing team at Almondsbury Creative -- a dynamic pub, live music venue and community hub.
This role is ideal for someone who's ready to take a step up and bring energy, structure and consistency to a much-loved independent venue.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily venue operations (bar, front of house, events) Lead shifts with confidence, setting high standards and supporting staff Train and motivate team members to deliver great customer experiences Handle basic admin tasks like rotas, stock checks and incident reporting Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health & safety protocols
We're looking for:
Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role (e.g. shift supervisor, bar manager, floor manager) Strong communication and team-building skills Someone calm under pressure who leads by example Reliability, pride in the job, and a hands-on attitude
