We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our venue, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a passion for guest services within the hospitality sector. This role requires exceptional organisational abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the venue, ensuring all events run smoothly and efficiently. Supervise and train staff to provide excellent guest services, fostering a positive work environment. Rota planning Set up of the venue for events, wedding and restaurant Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, restaurants and wedding ensuring all equipment and facilities are in top condition. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the venue. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and increase venue visibility.

Experience

Proven experience in venue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Excellent guest service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for visitors. Exceptional organisational abilities, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with event planning software or tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
