Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Venue supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our venue. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, a background in hospitality, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure the smooth running of events while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Duties

Coordinate with guests to understand their needs and ensure successful event and bookings Supervise and train staff to provide outstanding guest services and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the venue, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and attract new clients. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and inventory management as well as being able to manage day to day finances such as EON cashing up. Confidently be able to oversea the bar ensuring efficiency whilst delivery a high quality product. Competently enforce the licensing objectives and have a strong understanding on the venues licensing requirements. Be able to effectively run busy shifts without another member of management on site

Qualifications

Proven experience in management within the hospitality industry (Bar/ Late Night venue heavily preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
