Due to our ever-growing client base, we're looking for an additional

Veterinary Administrator

to join our friendly and supportive team. You'll need the confidence, empathy, and experience to uphold the high standards of care and personal touch our clients expect.

This is a varied role, split between reception and administrative duties. You'll be greeting clients, taking calls, handling financial transactions, dispensing medication, and assisting with the day-to-day running of the veterinary practice.

While previous experience in a veterinary setting is an advantage, it's not essential -- full training will be provided, and support is ongoing. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, flexible, and a true team player. Our environment is busy, dynamic, and sometimes challenging -- but always rewarding!

Hours:

We're open to either one full-time or two part-time positions. Shifts fall within our opening hours of

8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

. Saturday morning cover is shared on a rota basis (

currently 1 in 5 Saturdays

, 08:30-13:00).
