Client Care Advisor (Veterinary Receptionist)

Location:

Pets 'n' Vets Roundhouse Hospital.

Permanent, Part-time

Hours:

1:4 weekends and 2 days per week



We are currently seeking a new Receptionist to join our fantastic team at the Roundhouse Hospital.





We would like to hear from candidates who are friendly, customer-focused and confident working in a busy environment.

The position will best suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Must be flexible to support all of our Veterinary Practices as required.



Roles and Responsibilities:



Welcoming and registering new customers. Booking in customers and making sure they receive gold standard care Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries Managing customer expectations regarding wait time. Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. Taking payments Promoting offers and services


Our receptionists should create the image and the first impression of our business, remaining calm, courteous and professional at all times, regardless of a client or visitor's behaviour.

Our receptionists should make a positive impression and make clients feel confident in our service as a whole and helps to put them at ease if they are worried or apprehensive.



Experience required



Confident using the telephone Reception or Client Care experience Cash handling and till operation Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (Desirable) IT skills - confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum
