We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Client Care Advisor to join our team at the Meopham Veterinary Hospital. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within the Veterinary industry or reception experience.
Duties
Serve as the primary contact for clients Provide accurate information regarding services and products to clients. Book appointments and managing client inquiries efficiently. Handle administrative tasks. Cleaning duties
Qualifications
Previous experience in a veterinary practice is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently A genuine passion for animal welfare and client service is essential
Hours are 8am - 5pm or 11am - 8pm shifts Monday-Friday with 1:6 weekends to be worked with lieu days provided.
1-2 bank holiday shifts are required with lieu day provided for each bank holiday worked.
Salary is national minimum wage
