We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our expanding and friendly team as a Client Care Advisor. If you enjoy providing a great client experience and working as part of a team, we have just the opportunity for you.
We are a busy 6 vet practice and are supported by a Practice Manager, 8 RVN's, 2 SVN's, and 1 Nursing Assistant.
You will be joining our existing team of 6 Client Care Advisors. You are able to remain calm in any situation, attentive and always focus on the clients' needs. You can adapt to any situation, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet to sharing in the joy of a family's new addition first visit to the vet.
Along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
In short, you like to be busy, enjoy helping people and their pets and always endeavour to make a difference.
