Veterinary Client Care Assistant required for a busy practice in Bournemouth.

Spring Corner is an independent vets in Bournemouth. We are looking for a motivated individual to assist the team on the telephones and face to face with our clients.

A love of animals is a must, we are a fear free practice and the role will involve making a fuss of our patients.

We are looking for someone with previous experience within in a veterinary setting- preferably as a veterinary receptionist/client care assistant.

Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness is highly desirable.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Greeting clients and their pets at reception and making them feel welcome Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails Scheduling appointments and manage the diary system efficiently Supporting our Veterinary team with referrals, client messages and external communications Dispensing medications as directed by the Veterinary Surgeons Provide information on our services, products, and preventive care to clients Build trusting and positive relationships with owners and their pets Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-28,288.00 per year
