At HelloVet we are rapidly expanding and looking for an experienced and motivated Client care associate (Veterinary receptionist)to join our digital service at Hello Vet
.
We are an innovative and tech-driven veterinary company. This isn't your standard receptionist role -- you'll be part of building a cutting-edge digital and telephone service that supports and enhances in-clinic care.
Your Role:
Provide a welcoming and supportive service to clients and their pets via telephone calls or digital messages.
Liaise with clinical services to ensure the correct service is accessed
Support new clients through their first steps with Hello Vet.
Assist with appointments, referrals, and product requests.
Work closely with clinical and client care teams to ensure an exceptional experience.
Help improve our digital workflows and protocols.
What You Bring:
Experienced client care person (Veterinary receptionist) with strong communication skills.
Passion for digital innovation in veterinary care.
