Willows Veterinary Hospital and Referral Service are recruiting for a professional Client Care Associate to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5h per week.

Your role and responsibilities

Welcoming all clients and visitors to the hospital Answering telephones and diverting or taking messages ensuring prompt delivery and accurate details. Monitoring practice email and directing enquiries to the relevant department Accurately inputting patient data to the computer system as required Dealing with all general enquiries, explaining procedures in place and making new and follow up appointments. Ensuring that waiting areas, reception and patient toilets are kept clean, tidy and stocked up. Office administration duties to include scanning and filing

Candidate specification

Be highly motivated and well organised with the ability to work on their own initiative Have a friendly, welcoming and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone The ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work. Can support and communicate effectively with clients, vet professionals, and fellow associates Be a team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships.

Our hospital facilities are of the highest quality, including on-site Siemens 64-slice CT, Siemens 1.5T MRI, two in-theatre mobile image intensifiers, two digital radiography rooms, ultrasonography, electro diagnostics, video endoscopy and an extensive range of advanced surgical equipment.
