DWR Veterinary Specialists have a great opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Client Care Associate to join their reception team. This is a busy and varied role working part-time 5pm-10pm Monday to Friday. In this role you have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working with a friendly and supportive team.

Main Responsibilities

Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner Communicating directly with our vets, physiotherapists and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues Close collaboration with our Case Management Team regarding client accounts Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
