Full-Time (Including some Saturdays)

Veterinary Care Assistant

to join our friendly and supportive team at Chaseview Veterinary Clinic.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding and varied role where you'll work closely with our veterinary surgeons and nurses, helping to deliver high standards of patient care and welfare.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with animal handling during procedures and consultations Feeding, cleaning, and providing general husbandry to inpatients Maintaining clean and hygienic kennels, equipment, and clinical areas Supporting the nursing team with patient monitoring and recovery Providing comfort and compassion to both pets and their owners during visits

About You:

Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is desirable Confident and calm when handling animals of all sizes A genuine love of animals and a desire to work in a clinical environment Reliable, hard-working, and able to work well under pressure A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
