Join a team that believes in pain free movement, enhanced recovery, and gold-standard care.
At S.T.A.R Rehab Referrals, we're redefining what multidisciplinary veterinary care looks like. Our purpose-built, vet-led referral centre brings together advanced rehabilitation, sports medicine, pain management, regenerative medicine, and advanced diagnostics under one roof.
We're now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Veterinary Physiotherapist to join our growing team as we continue to expand our services and capabilities.
You'll be working as part of our passionate team -- including our Clinical Director Vet, a team of physiotherapists, a rehab-trained nurse who also offers behavioural support, and our friendly reception team who help keep everything running smoothly. It's a genuinely collaborative environment where every case benefits from a holistic, evidence-based approach.
Our facilities include:
Gait-4 Dog Gait Analysis Walkway for objective biomechanical assessment
Dedicated rehabilitation facilities with aquatic treadmill and laser therapy
Regenerative medicine and pain management services including PRP and shockwave
Advanced diagnostic capabilities, including radiography, arthroscopy, musculoskeletal ultrasound and hopefully visiting CT imaging.
What we're looking for
 A qualified veterinary physiotherapist
Passion for evidence-based rehabilitation and patient-centred care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills -- you'll work closely with vets, nurses, and hydrotherapists
Confidence in developing tailored treatment and exercise programmes
Hydrotherapy certification is preferable but not essential, although experience in hydrotherapy is a must.
Experience with gait analysis or a keen interest in biomechanics is a bonus
Why join us?
Vet-led, multidisciplinary setting -- your clinical input truly matters
Purpose-built facilities designed around patient comfort and clinician workflow
Genuine investment in CPD and career development
Supportive, down-to-earth team culture where collaboration and wellbeing come first
 No Sunday or out-of-hours work
If you're motivated by improving mobility, function, and quality of life for every patient -- and want to work in an environment where advanced care and compassion go hand in hand -- we'd love to hear from you.
