We are a busy, independent veterinary practice based in Uxbridge town centre looking for an experienced administrator to support the non-clinical functions of the practice.
We are a small but growing practice with exciting plans to expand already in progress. This is an exciting new role and would suit somone looking for a role which will grow and evolve as the the practice does.

Responsibilities
Manage the practice accounts receivable and debtor levels
Accurately process insurance claims and pre-authorisation requests
Manage the practice's bespoke Health Care Plan subscriptions
Occasional Reception duties such as diary management, answering phones and responding to client requests
Provide all clients and pets with excellent care
Use practice reporting tools to ensure client compliance with vaccinations and preventative treatments
Carry out weekly tracking of key practice indicators in line with RCVS guidelines.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide information about services, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
Experience
Proven experience in within a veterinary or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
A genuine passion for animal welfare and client service is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage human resources functions effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A good sense of humour is crucial
