Receptionist - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Full Time)

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist to join our single-site small animal practice on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Belmont Vets are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to become part of our dedicated team of 6 vets, 9 nurses, and 5 support staff. Working as one of five receptionists, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering efficient administrative support to the wider practice team.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position in a busy, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include handling telephone and email enquiries, managing the appointment diary, welcoming clients and their pets, processing payments, and assisting with a range of general administrative tasks.
The role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service to both clients and colleagues.

Your Shift Pattern30 hours per week over four days Participation in a Saturday morning rolling rota Shift times between 8am and 7pm, with flexibility required to provide cover as needed Overtime opportunities may be available to cover holiday and sickness
