Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about animals and their people? We're looking for a
Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist
to join our welcoming team at our Kirkby Lonsdale practice.What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for clients in person and on the phone Book appointments Handle payments and maintain accurate records Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks Provide a warm, professional service to clients and their pets
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and customer service skills A calm and caring manner, even in busy situations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence with computers and booking systems Previous reception or customer service experience (veterinary experience an advantage, but not essential)
Hours:
20hrs per week including some evenings and Saturday mornings Flexibility may be required to cover holidays and sickness
