Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in sunny Fife! This is a part-time position covering maternity leave for a period of 12 months.

We are a busy general practice and orthopaedic referral clinic in the East Neuk and we are recruiting a new receptionist/admin assistant to help our patients and client's journey as smooth and as enjoyable as we can. The main part of the job with be on the desk receiving our clients, answering their questions, answering phones and dealing with emails etc. There will also be some admin time which will consist of processing referrals and emails, updating client records, dealing with insurance and following up on other reception tasks.

About the rota

This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week over 3 days with 1:4 Saturday mornings. The shifts are as follows:8:30am - 17:30pm 10:00am- 19:00pm. Saturday morning 08:30am -12:30pm.
