The Beeches Veterinary Centre is a dedicated RCVS Accredited Small Animal Practice based in Melksham, Wiltshire. We are currently looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join our supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.



The Role

You will be joining a well-established and experienced team of receptionists, veterinary nurses and vets. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and assisting clients at reception Answering and managing telephone calls Responding to client emails Booking appointments efficiently Taking payments Handling insurance administration Supporting Pet Health Club administration


About Us



The Beeches Veterinary Centre is a single-site, RCVS Accredited Small Animal Practice with excellent facilities, including:
Separate dog, cat and isolation wards Dedicated theatre with multi-parameter monitoring and heated operating table Imaging suite and large preparation room Dental X-ray and in-house laboratory Veterinary ambulance

Our friendly team comprises two experienced Veterinary Surgeons, six Registered Veterinary Nurses, one Student Veterinary Nurse, a dedicated reception team, and a Practice Director.

Your shift pattern



You will work 25 hours per week, working across 5 days with shifts between 8 am and 7 pm, including Saturday mornings (8 am - 2 pm) on a shared rota basis.
