Cave Veterinary Specialists are recruiting for a friendly and professional Referral Liaison Administrator to join their team based in West Buckland, Wellington. This is a full-time position working 37.5h per week and 1 in 4 weekends.


Fixed-term contract end date 31st Dec 2025. Possibility to extend.


We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our referral department liaising with referral vet practices and co-ordinating their client referrals to our outstanding specialist hospital.

Prioritise appointments by liaising with our vet specialists Schedule referral appointments Managing the referrals inbox Manning the emergency phoneline

The ideal candidate will be

Compassionate when dealing with clients High level of IT competency Excellent telephone manner Work well within a team
