About the Role

Providing

in-home euthanasia appointments

for dogs and cats across Kent Work offered on an

ad hoc / flexible basis

, scheduled around client needs Appointments arranged and coordinated by Peaceful Goodbyes No routine clinical work, no sales targets, no time pressure Independent work with full professional autonomy Strong focus on

communication, empathy, and client support

Essential Requirements

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

VDS (or equivalent) professional indemnity insurance

in place Confident working

independently and autonomously

Comfortable providing

end-of-life care in a home setting

Calm, kind, and client-focused communication style
Medication & Legal Requirements

Ability to

obtain, store, transport, and administer controlled drugs

required for euthanasia (in line with UK legislation) Familiarity with controlled drug record-keeping and safe handling procedures
Practical Requirements

Full UK driving licence

Access to a

reliable vehicle

Willingness to travel to clients' homes across Kent
