The Opportunity

We are working with a proudly independent veterinary group in Worthing that has built something deliberately different. This is a practice shaped by values, not targets. A place where people are trusted to do the right thing for their patients, their clients, and themselves.





You will be based at a busy branch clinic, supported by a wider group that includes a dedicated hospital, an experienced night team, and an established referral service. The structure is there to support you, not to control you. The culture is warm, respectful, and collaborative, with a real sense of belonging from the moment you walk in.





This role suits a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys general practice, values continuity of care, and wants to work in an environment where clinical judgement is respected and teamwork genuinely matters.

Your Journey Here

In your first month

, you will focus on settling in, building relationships with the team, and getting comfortable with how the group works together across sites.

By three months

, you will be confidently managing your own caseload, collaborating closely with the hospital and referral teams, and starting to shape your role around your interests.

By six months

, you will be fully embedded as a valued GP vet, with clear development plans in place, whether that is pursuing a certificate, expanding a clinical interest, or contributing more broadly to the group.

What's On Offer

Salary and Time Off

45,000 to 65,000

depending on experience, certificates, or AP status

4 day week

, 40 hours total 10 hour shifts between 7.30am and 7.30pm
