About the Role

This hospital-based position offers a dynamic mix of emergency and advanced medical cases. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team in a purpose-built RCVS-accredited hospital, supporting both branch and external referrals. It's an ideal role for a vet seeking a progressive clinical environment with the infrastructure to support more complex casework.

About the Practice

The practice operates from a large central veterinary hospital and five branch sites, with over four decades of service in the local area. The hospital is fitted with state-of-the-art equipment including CT, ultrasound, digital X-ray, laparoscopy, endoscopy (rigid and flexible), and a fully equipped lab. There are dedicated wards for cats, dogs, exotics, isolation and day procedures, all supported by an experienced nursing and referral team. Clinical areas of strength include orthopaedics, ophthalmology, imaging, and exotics, with multiple certificate holders and visiting specialists on hand.

Location, Location, Location

Located in central Brighton--just a stroll from the sea--the hospital is well-positioned for both work and leisure. Brighton is famous for its inclusive community, cultural vibrancy, and coastal charm, while the South Downs National Park and direct train links to London (just one hour away) add to the area's appeal.

Who We're Looking For

This role is best suited to an experienced small animal vet with strong clinical skills and a passion for client care. You'll thrive in a team-focused, progressive hospital environment and be eager to grow within a well-resourced, collaborative setting.
