About the Role





This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a forward-thinking, independent veterinary group with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and team wellbeing. With a varied caseload and flexible rota including a 1:5 weekend and 1:9 night shift pattern, you'll enjoy a good balance of routine and emergency work with dedicated recovery time following nights.



Shifts rotate between two well-equipped sites and are allocated as early (7am-4pm), daytime (8:30am-5:30pm), or late (10am-7pm), with structured night shifts providing 24-hour care across the practice.



You'll work alongside a supportive senior clinical team and be encouraged to bring your ideas, mentor others, and contribute to audits and clinical improvements.


Who We're Looking For





We're seeking a team-oriented vet who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll be passionate about delivering a high standard of first-opinion care, with an appreciation for balancing diagnostic and pragmatic approaches. A calm, professional communicator, you'll enjoy client engagement and show compassion for both animals and their people.



New graduates or those looking to grow their confidence are welcome--structured mentoring and VetGDP supervision can be arranged.
