About the Role
This position offers a varied small animal caseload in a friendly, forward-thinking environment. You'll be joining an established 14-vet team with a wide range of clinical interests and an ethos of collaboration and growth. The role includes a 1:11 on-call rota, with 24/7 nursing support and a structure in place to back less experienced team members. Candidates must be comfortable with sole charge when on-call and keen to work within a proactive, supportive culture.

Located in the Royal Burgh of Lanark, the flagship practice is well-equipped with video endoscopy, ultrasound, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, laser therapy, and more. With 15-minute consults, 24/7 nursing cover, and a structured CPD and career pathway, the environment is designed to promote both clinical excellence and individual growth.
