Salary:

Up to 62,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Hours:

Full-time working 4-day week, there is no oncall, however participation in the shared weekend and bank holiday day rota is part of this role

Work alongside a dedicated, friendly team comprised of 22 vets with a range of experience, including postgraduate certificates, who value collaboration and mentorship. To provide personalised contextualized care for our patients, who can work up cases to help develop and grow our practice. The opportunity to mentor and support our new graduates. Work with the latest diagnostic tools and a highly skilled nursing team to help deliver the best care possible. We have a diverse and varied caseload, and our facilities are fully equipped to handle the services we provide.

Rutland Veterinary Centre is a supportive and community driven first opinion practice based in Uppingham, Leicestershire. We are a first opinion practice with our RCVS-accredited branches in Corby, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Oakham and Syston, along with our RVCS-accredited veterinary hospital in Uppingham. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


Our dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical staff provide high standards of bespoke, affordable care to our patients and our clients. We are heavily involved in the local community and actively support many local pet charities.

What we're looking for



A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment but can remain calm and collected under pressure. Clinical decision-making abilities, whether you're managing consults or jumping into hands-on cases. Someone who would enjoy guiding and developing our new graduates, helping them grow with confidence. A laid-back, approachable personality that fits within a collaborative, supportive team.
