Our well-established practice in Lancaster is on the lookout for a Veterinary Surgeon to provide additional clinical support for our clients and their pets.


Our equipment includes Laparoscopy, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, Dental X-Ray, Advanced Practitioner dermatology services and Orthopaedic capabilities. We perform the majority of first opinion Orthopaedic surgeries on-site and refer the complex cases to Kentdale, North-West Surgeons and University of Liverpool.


You will need to be a proactive veterinary surgeon with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for surgery as well as being able to provide consultation services for our clients and their pets. We are a highly-supportive, diverse and inclusive team of 26 consisting of 1 Clinical Director, 1 Lead Vet, 3 Assistant Vet Surgeons (3.75 FTE), 1 Head RVN , 6 RVN's, 2 SVN's, 2 VCA's (10 FTE), 1 General Manager, 1 Practice Manager and 8 Front of House Advisors. and we pride ourselves on bespoke employments that bring the best of our people who in turn bring the best out of our clients and their pets wherever possible.

State-of-the-art facilities: 5 consulting rooms 2 operating theatres Large treatment room area Digital x-ray and dental x-ray Ultrasound Imagyst cytology, capnography and Multi-Parameter Our practice has recently diversified its service offering by employing one of only 37 UK advanced practitioners in small animal dermatology. Our senior veterinary surgeon supports our orthopaedic caseload. Other areas of interest supported by our internal team include a surgical certificate holder, Oncology and peripatetic diagnostic imaging provided by VPS.
