About the Role

This flexible role offers the chance to work across five branches and a state-of-the-art hospital, giving you variety in caseload and autonomy. Some branches offer the chance to manage your own clinical day, while others provide a full support team and access to advanced facilities.

You'll be joining a practice that values individuals and adapts working patterns to suit personal and professional lives. Whether you're aiming to progress clinically, gain exposure to referral-level cases, or just find more balance, this role offers it all--with no out-of-hours requirement.

About the Practice

This proudly independent practice has built a culture of support and growth. With certificate holders in surgery, medicine, imaging and ophthalmology, and a CT-equipped hospital, there are plenty of opportunities to upskill and collaborate.

The practice fosters a genuinely friendly and proactive culture. There are steering groups across wellbeing, sustainability, clinical standards and social events--plus a staff recognition scheme and strong emphasis on humour, community and kindness at work.

Location, Location, Location

Based in Wiltshire, with the main hospital located in Swindon, the practice is easily accessible while offering the best of both town and countryside living. Whether you're relocating or looking for a fresh challenge nearby, this area combines green space with great amenities and transport links.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a vet with good all-round clinical ability and strong communication skills. A collaborative approach and commitment to high standards are essential, but beyond that, flexibility is key. Whether you're seeking part-time hours, a full-time role with variation, or something in between--we're keen to hear from you.
