Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for veterinary enquiries from veterinary professionals and pet owners.
  • Provide excellent training and technical support to our UK and International sales teams (from the UK).
  • Provide technical support to veterinary practices, referral centres and universities.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce product literature, presentations and articles.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to develop new and innovative products for the Veterinary market.
  • Carry out and analyse literature searches related to ingredients and products.
  • Attend veterinary congresses in the UK and abroad.
  • Engage a network of KOLs to promote product awareness and advocacy.
  • Ensure that the site health and safety policy & work procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Carry out any work which the company may from time to time deem necessary.
  • Role is home based with regular UK wide travel.
Your Profile
  • MRCVS.
  • Experience in small animal practice is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a sales or technical role in the animal health industry desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Aptitude for working both as team member and individual contributor.
  • Professional presentation development and delivery through concise written and visual representations.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the UK with some overnight travel (full UK driving licence)
