The Role

Working as part of our Marketing & Events team, the Video & Media Executive will capture the daily, weekly and monthly activities that our team are involved in to visually tell the story of Sedulo's successes and growth.

You will be responsible for capturing and delivering video, photo and sound content to our professional audiences and team. You will have the opportunity to own every stage of the video production process; from concept, through execution and to delivery. You'll work closely with the marketing team and Sedulo's senior management team to make this content fit for purpose on web, social, email, podcast and more.

Working closely with Sedulo's leadership team to capture our innovative and creative calendar of work throughout the year. Leading with the setup of all filming equipment. Leading the recording, filming, uploading and release of our business podcasts. Capturing selected showpiece events from our extensive calendar of socials, thought leadership occasions, roadshows and more. Creating ad hoc video projects to support Sedulo's management team or to capitalise on opportunities in the market. Working with our D2C investment brands to create visual styles and produce video content to support that style. Working with our VIP clients, guests and celebrities to create relatable content for our professional audience, our team and for potential recruits. Manage the internal media pool of assets to keep it organise and periodically refresh it to support new campaigns. Assist the wider members of the Marketing team with any ad hoc projects as necessary.
About You

You're meticulous, have an eye for detail and pride yourself on your accuracy. You're comfortable working normal office hours, but are also flexible to work evenings and weekends, generally around events, as and when required. You're resourceful, able to work under pressure and enjoy using your own initiative.
Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience

You have good experience in video editing and photography, either in a professional or academic environment. You either have or are about to complete a qualification, degree or equivalent relevant to the role. You have strong IT skills and embrace using technology and software to plan and collaborate. You're fluent in using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition. Experience with or an appetite to learn AI video tools and emerging tech in content creation You can to travel to work with the opportunities across our city centre locations.
