With clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), we ensure every project is completed to the highest standards while maintaining an efficient and organised workflow from initial enquiry through to the finished product.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a practical, creative individual who enjoys working with their hands. Whether your background includes woodworking, model making, crafting, or simply experimenting with projects at home, this could be your ideal opportunity to turn your passion into a career.

What You'll Do:

Produce bespoke signage including 3D letters, sign trays, and illuminated signs. Operate precision tools and machinery such as scalpels, files, sanders, table saws, bending and forming equipment, CNC routers (AXYZ), and laser cutters (Trotec). Use vinyl printing, polishing equipment, and 3D printers to create unique signage elements. Follow detailed SOPs to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency. Work collaboratively with our experienced team on a variety of creative projects. Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to our Lean ethos.

Who You Are:

Passionate about hands-on work, crafting, or making things from scratch. Skilled or interested in working with materials like acrylic, metal, composite, foam, and wood. Detail-oriented with the patience to deliver precise, high-quality workmanship. Creative, curious, and proactive in solving challenges. Previous signage, manufacturing, or fabrication experience beneficial but not required--we offer comprehensive training.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:50 AM - 4:50 PM (41.25 hours per week) Includes one 30-minute lunch break and one 15-minute break daily.
