About Us:

We are seeking a talented

Creative Designer and Project Manager

to join our dynamic team for a 12-month maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment. You will work across a variety of domestic and commercial projects, bringing your creative flair and organizational expertise to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Creative and Design Directors in developing innovative designs, specializing in canopies, kitchens, outdoor styling, and other bespoke installations. Assist with garden designs and planting plans, ensuring alignment with client visions and project requirements. Manage projects from concept to completion, including budget oversight, timeline management, and quality assurance. Lead the project management of

new commercial projects

, ensuring seamless execution and strong stakeholder communication. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Present concepts and ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to clients and team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in design and project management, with a focus on either domestic or commercial projects. Proficiency in SketchUp is essential; experience with Vectorworks is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ideally suited for experienced candidates with commercial project expertise, although newly qualified designers or landscape architects with relevant skills will be considered.
