The Role:

As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be at the heart of our digital presence. You'll craft engaging and visually appealing content across our social media platforms, driving engagement and building our community. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about beauty and aesthetics, and loves to communicate ideas creatively through images, videos, and strategic content.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Create, edit, and publish engaging content (including images, videos, and graphics) that reflects our brand's voice and appeals to our target audience. Plan content calendars, manage posts, and respond to followers in a timely manner. Analyze the effectiveness of posts and campaigns to maximize results. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to our digital marketing strategy. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to generate new ideas for social content to drive communications. Organise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices. Experience with visual communication principles, digital content creation, and editing software. Familiarity with web design and publishing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Creative mind with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Degree in Marketing, New Media, or relevant field is a plus.
