Role: Part?Time Video Editor & Content Creator (Touring Music Mental Health)
Type: Freelance, 2-3 days/week (3?month trial, likely to extend)
Pay: 500 per week
Location: Remote (UK/EU time zones preferred)

Therapy on Tour provides psychotherapy and counselling for touring artists, crew, managers and their partners. The work is about helping people stay in the job they love without blowing up their mental health or relationships.

The Role (what you'll own):
You'll turn raw talking?head footage and simple b?roll into fast, scroll?stopping content for Instagram, TikTok and email.

Weekly, this looks like roughly:

6-8 short?form clips (myths, tips, beliefs) from existing or new recordings 1-2 simple b?roll / montage videos with text Repurposing clips into story formats where relevant
All edited, captioned, on?brand, and ready to post.

Core Responsibilities

Edit vertical videos (Reels/TikTok) from talking?head and b?roll footage Add captions, basic graphics, simple transitions, basic colour/audio polish Cut longer recordings into multiple short clips Organise and label footage so we can reuse it later Collaborate with me on hooks and angles that resonate with touring folk Deliver on a consistent weekly schedule
Success Looks Like

Consistent output: agreed number of finished, upload?ready videos per week On?time delivery (we batch and schedule, not last?minute chaos) Content feels emotionally accurate to touring life (no cringe, no cliches) Minimal back?and?forth revisions after the first month
Must?Haves

Strong portfolio of short?form edits (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) Confident in editing, captions, and basic sound/colour Fast, clear communication and reliable deadlines Comfortable working with sensitive topics (mental health, relationships)
Nice?to?Haves

Familiarity with the touring/live music world Experience editing for therapists, coaches, or education content Basic sense of copy / on?screen text for hooks
